Office Policies
Appointment or Walk-In
To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 404-755-2291.  We prefer appointments, but walk-ins are welcome.  We encourage you to call ahead as we may be booked or seeing previously scheduled patients and your wait could be longer than you anticipate.  We will do all that we can to get you in to see the doctor as soon as possible, without interrupting a scheduled patient. 
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Financial Policy
Our practice is a provider with most major insurance plans.  We provide insurance billing as a courtesy for our patients.  Please be aware that any costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility. 

For services that are not covered by insurance, we request payment at the time of yur appointment.  Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, case, insurance assignment and the following credit cards:
Prescriptions
Our policy for prescription refills is that they are made only during an office visit.  We do not refill prescriptions via telephone, fax or requests from your pharmacy  This is the best way for us to ensure that all necessary quality control measures are being met and that your health is closely monitored by our physicians and staff.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
